Your plan may include color enhancements, rearranging your existing furnishings and décor, removing or replacing window coverings, recommendations for de-cluttering, as well as cleaning and repairs. Partnering with our team before the home is listed gives you an edge above other listings and an amazing first impression.
Our initial Staging Consultation is a flat fee of $250 and we’ll start the transformation using your own items. We schedule two hours for this initial appointment ($50 per additional half hour). You’ll be amazed when you see what our experienced designer can do with your existing furniture and accessories for a nominal fee and in such a short amount of time.
Should your home benefit from enhancements of stylish accessories and artwork, we will provide you with a quote to rent from our extensive inventory.
